Delivery

All orders received before 3.30pm Monday-Friday will be processed and despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays & stock availability) via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery is free to all UK address on orders over £50. All orders are ship using 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and you should receive your parcel within 1-3 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 5-10 working days.

If your item is out of stock we would expect to get your goods to you within 7-10 days. You will contacted via telephone or email within 24 hours to inform you of any delay with your order.

Once received, orders may be cancelled within 7 working days, please retain your unique order number.

Satisfaction and Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any goods you receive from Debbie Winters, then we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. When you are returning any garments, please make sure they are unused and in their original condition with TAGS attached.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please fill out the returns slip provided in your order and then once we have received and checked the garments your refund or exchange will be processed.

All refunds are made with 7 working days and please allow a following 2-3 workings days for the amount to show our your bank statement. (all refunds are excluding shipping fees).

Any orders that have been shipped via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a £2.90 handling charge.

All returned garments for exchange will be subject to an additional shipping charge of £2.90.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
